The negotiations practicum is an in-depth training seminar that allows school boards and administrators to target specific areas for improvement through professional negotiations. Group discussion will focus on identifying topics for the notice letter and remedying unmanageable provisions in negotiated agreements. Participants should bring their negotiated agreements to the seminar to review throughout the day. The seminar satisfies the requirement for annual negotiations training.
