2023 GSBA Annual Conference Exhibit Staff Meal Registration


This registration reserves meals for Exhibit Staff. Meals are optional and are not included in the Exhibit registration. 


Meals must be purchased in advance through this registration by November 10, NOON. 

  • Wednesday, November 29, boxed lunch - $55 (Pre-Conference Workshop Day and Exhibit Set Up Day)
  • Thursday, November 30, plated lunch - $65 (Conference Day 1)
  • Friday, December 1, Fourth General Session includes breakfast - $50 (Conference Day 2)

 

MEAL CANCELLATION POLICY: 

Meal registrations must cancel no later than November 10, 2023, NOON, for a full refund. There will be no refunds on meal registrations after November 10, 2023, NOON. 


CONFERENCE SCHEDULE:

Pre-Conference Workshops (Only Workshop Sponsors may attend these workshops.) - Thursday, November 29, 2023, 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. 
Exhibits Open - Wednesday, November 29, 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. (soft opening); 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (official opening) and Thursday, November 30, 7:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Annual Conference - Thursday, November 30, 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. and Friday, December 1, 8:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
