2023 GSBA Annual Conference Business Representative Badge Registration
for In-Person and Virtual Badge Registrations

1) Use this to register for In-Person Business Representative badge. 
A Business Representative badge is like an attendee conference badge but for business people. 

Business Representatives cannot attend the Pre-Conference Workshops on Wednesday, November 29, 2023 unless they are a Sponsor of that workshop.

A Business Representative badge includes:

• Access to the General Sessions, refreshments and meals during the conference days - Thursday, November 30 and Friday, December 1.
•  Access to the Exhibit Area on Wednesday and Thursday
• Business Reps may use the Exhibitor Lounge (Ansley Room) on Wednesday and Thursday
•  Pre-order a Wednesday boxed lunch (purchased separately). Wednesday, Thursday and Friday MEALS ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE
• A list of conference registrants with names, title, and organization before the conference. 
• Access to the Whova conference app just like all registrants. 

•  IN-PERSON Business Representative Badge - $550 until November 10, 2023; Late Registrations: November 10, 2023 or later - $600

2) This registration is also used for a Virtual Business Representative badge which allows a person to view the Conference General Sessions on Thursday, November 30 and Friday, December 1 through the GSBA conference app. GSBA uses the Whova conference app system. 

• VIRTUAL Business Representative Badge - $450 until November 10, 2023; Late Registrations: November 10, 2023 or later - $500
  Access through the GSBA Conference App to Friday and Saturday General Sessions.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

Both in-person and virtual Business Representative cancellations must be submitted in writing to Pam Harrison, pharrison@gsba.com, no later than Wednesday, November 10, 2023 for full refund. Business Representative cancellations after Friday, November 10, 2023 will be assessed at a $70 fee.

SUBSTITUTIONS:

Badge Changes of any kind must be submitted in writing to Pam Harrison ideally by November 17, 2023.
