2021 GSBA/GSSA Annual Conference Virtual Exhibit Registration

Businesses and organizations may use this registration to be a virtual exhibitor at the 2021 Georgia School Boards Association (GSBA) and Georgia School Superintendents Association (GSSA) Annual Conference. Your virtual exhibit will be accessible through the conference app that is available on the web or any mobile device to all registrants.

The platform we are using for the conference app is called Whova. ALL attendees and exhibitors must download and use the conference app to participate in the conference, whether they are online or in-person at the Renaissance Waverly, Atlanta. The app has many features for showcasing and networking. See more general information about the app at www.Whova.com. The Main Contact will be given access to set up the virtual exhibit space. 


  • Virtual Space to market your company's products and services. Set up the space with photos, handouts, logo, video and links to more. Expect to set up your space so it can be engaging whether or not it is staffed.
  • Two people per virtual exhibit will have access to the virtual exhibit show only – not the General Sessions or the Breakout Sessions.

  • The virtual exhibits are accessible for 1 year on the mobile app and for 6 months on the web app.

  • Registration deadline is November 15, 2021
  • Set up your virtual exhibit by November 24, 2021 for soft opening on November 29.
  • Staff your virtual exhibit during these exhibit hours: Wednesday, Dec 1, 2021 - 2 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.; Thursday 7:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
  • After Thursday, December 2, 2:30 p.m., you do not have to staff your booth; however, your content is accessible for a year.
