School districts have been immersed in taking on the challenges of rebounding and adjusting as the COVID-19 pandemic continues to force a new way of thinking for 180 governance teams across the state of Georgia.  School district recovery and reopening is now upon us.  What will various examples of the opening of school look like for small, medium and large districts in our state?  Join a conversation and hear from your colleagues, superintendents and fellow board members, about how they have taken on the challenges and what their plans are for school startup. Major emphasis will be on the following:


  • Social Emotional Learning (SEL) & Well Being, Staff and Students
  • Teaching and Learning Plans & Platforms
  • Budget and Finance Adjustments
