We invite you to register and join ASBA staff attorney Kristen Garner for this popular summer training session - Administrative Directives and Hard Conversations. Kristen will use real-life scenarios to teach building administrators and classified supervisors how to properly document employee misconduct or performance problems, while at the same time explaining to school board members what goes on behind the scenes (and why they can and should have no participation in this process). Year after year, we hear from participants that this in-depth and hands-on training is the most valuable and useful training participants have had!

The session will begin at 9 a.m. and dismiss at 2 p.m. The cost is $90 per person through July 12, 2018 and $100 after July 12, 2018. Requests for cancellation must be in writing to kivy@arsba.org. Cancellation requests received through July 19, 2018, will be refunded at 100 percent. Cancellation requests received after July 19, 2018, will be refunded at 50 percent. There will be no refunds for cancellations after July 25, 2018.

The number of registrants for this five-hour workshop will be limited, so reserve your spot soon. Lunch will be provided onsite and is included in the registration fee.
