Administrative Directives - July 26th


This training is an annual favorite with new and updated scenarios to help make it real!

Join ASBA staff attorney Kristen Garner for her updated version of Administrative Directives and Hard Conversations, an in-depth training that teaches building administrators and classified supervisors how to properly document employee misconduct or performance problems, while at the same time explaining to school board members what goes on behind the scenes (and why they can and should have no participation in this process). Every year, we hear over and over that this is the most valuable and useful training for administrators!

Training will be held in the ASBA training room at 523 South Ringo Street in Little Rock on July 26, 2017. The session will begin at 9 a.m. and dismiss at 2 p.m. The cost is $90 per person through July 19, 2017, and $100 after July 19. Requests for cancellation must be in writing to kivy@arsba.org. Cancellation requests received through July 19, will be refunded at 100 percent. Cancellation requests received after July 19, will be refunded at 50 percent. There will be no refunds for cancellations after July 25.

The number of registrants for this 5-hour workshop will be limited, so reserve your spot soon. Lunch will be provided onsite and is included in the registration fee.
