a reminder, your membership offers you the following benefits:
- Exclusive access to the ACSBA Summer
Conference and other ACSBA events;
- Membership in the NSBA Council of School
Attorneys (COSA);
- Exclusive access to the Students First
Act database;
- Subscriptions to COSA’s Inquiry &
Analysis, AASB’s Court Report, Leg-Alert, FYI and other publications; and
- Access to AASB’s General Counsel &
Director of Legal Advocacy.
There has been no dues increase this year. Dues are:
- $390 for regular members (solo practitioners or private attorneys employed by a law firm and representing an Alabama school district as local or special counsel);
- $320 for in-house attorneys (attorneys employed by local boards, special boards, or SDE and DYS); and
- $135 for past presidents of the National Council of School Board Attorneys (this does not include past ACSBA presidents).
ACSBA membership runs from July 1- June 30 each year.
