Use this form to register for an exhibit space at the 2021 Georgia School Boards Association (GSBA) and Georgia School Superintendents Association (GSSA) Annual Conference held at the Renaissance Waverly Hotel in Atlanta, 2450 Galleria Parkway (off Cobb Parkway), Atlanta, Georgia 30339, adjacent to the Cobb Galleria. 


Please share the important information with ALL staff who will be in attendance at the exhibit show.

Exhibit Schedule

CHECK IN at Exhibit Registration/Info Desk (near the escalators)  

  Wednesday, December 1                        8 a.m.  – 5 p.m.

  SET UPWednesday, December 1

  • 8:00 a.m. until – Only Visionary, Champion, and Ally GSBA Associates begin set up 
  • 10:00 a.m. until – Remaining Exhibitors set up

  EXHIBIT SHOW & RECEPTION - Wednesday, December 1

  • 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. - Exhibit Show
  • 3:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. - Welcome Back Reception in Exhibit Area

EXHIBIT SHOW continues Thursday, December 2

  • 7:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. (BEFORE BREAKING DOWN, please courteously wait until attendees go into the session and the ballroom doors close)

What is Included in the Exhibit Price?

  • Virtual Exhibit Space on the Conference App - Answer the question inside the registration if you wish to decline this free offer.
  • Electricity and Carpet: All booths include electricity and the area is carpeted. You may order additional carpet through Freeman Exhibit Services.
    Tip: Bring an extension cord – otherwise, renting one onsite from Encore will cost you. GSBA does not have extra cords to loan. 
    NOTE: If equipment other than computer or TV equipment is being used, please notify Show Management immediately. Encore (formerly PSAV) will provide additional electrical services if needed for a fee. 
  • Free WiFi in the public and meeting spaces.
  • Furniture:
    Standard Exhibit Package included in booth price: 
    2 chairs, 6’ draped table, trashcan, 8’ tall back drape and/or 3’ tall side drapes, basic electric connection, booth sign, and listing in the Whova conference app. 

    Furniture not included in the Standard Exhibit Package
    can be ordered from Freeman Exhibit Services or brought in by the exhibitor.
  • However, each exhibit space includes just ONE (1) Thursday lunch ticket and, just ONE (1) Friday breakfast ticket.
    Purchase additional Thursday lunch or Friday breakfast ($40/each) in your conference registration OR at the Conference Registration Desk near the ballroom by 9:30 a.m. Thursday.
  • Open to everyone: Voluntary Time of Inspiration from 7 a.m. - 7:45 a.m., Thursday morning in Habersham Ballroom.
  • Badges for three (3) booth staff per exhibit space. List ALL who will be attending in the Exhibit Staff list on the registration. Additional staff are charged. 

  • Free 20-word company description in the Conference App (Whova)

  • Listing on the GSBA Website as an Exhibitor

Our members who have registered for the conference were allowed to reserve rooms at the Waverly first. Our room block at The Waverly is currently sold out.  
If you need lodging, you are encouraged to make reservations at one of the overflow hotels.  Special rates will be apply until the deadline.

Exhibit cancellations must be received by November 15, 2021 midnight, via email to pharrison@gsba.com, to receive a refund minus a $50 administrative fee. Refunds will not be given after November 15, 2021.
