  • Conference registration in Exhibit Hall
  • Conference’s opening event, the Opening Night Reception on Wednesday, Dec. 13 from 4 – 6 p.m.
  • Casino Night and dessert reception on Wednesday, December 13 from 8 - 10 p.m.
  • Start time on Thursday, December 14 is 10:30 a.m.
  • Exhibit Hall activities/dessert buffet on Thursday, Dec. 14 from 1:15 - 2:15 p.m.
  • After- meeting mingling and entertainment in Exhibit Hall on Thursday, December 14, from 5 - 7 p.m.

Exhibit space is limited and vendors are encouraged to reserve space as soon as possible. Exhibitor reservation forms and payment must be received in the ASBA office no later than 4 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 27, 2017. 

ASBA is located at 2100 N. Central Ave., Ste. 200, Phoenix, AZ 85004. No refunds for cancellation of exhibit booths will be honored after Friday, Nov. 17, 2017. 

Booth space in the Exhibit Hall will be assigned in the following order. Platinum Sponsors, Gold Sponsors, Silver Sponsors, Exhibitors. Within those categories, assignments will be made in the order reservation forms and payments are received. 

In the unlikely event that all booths are not assigned, additional booths will be allocated in order of acceptance of the original application and payment. Notice of booth assignments will be sent on the week of Nov. 7th. 

All conference sponsors and exhibitors will receive complimentary conference registration for four members of your staff per booth space, permitting access to all breakout sessions and general sessions.
