2023 AASB Summer Conference Exhibit Booth Registration

 

PLEASE NOTE: ONLY SELECT ONE BOOTH WHEN REGISTERING


Don’t miss your chance to build relationships with Alabama’s school board members and superintendents! It is expected to draw more than 600 local education leaders representing virtually every public school system in the state.


We are pleased to offer up to 25 exhibit spaces as well as wonderful opportunities for event sponsorship! Act quickly because booth locations are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

IMPORTANT: Payment for exhibits must be received by Friday, May 26, 2023.

When: Friday, June 16-Saturday, June 17, 2023

Where: The Lodge at Gulf State Park, 21196 East Beach Blvd, Gulf Shores, AL 36542

Cost: Up to $650 for Members and $775 for non-Members

 

Exhibitors are required to keep their space staffed during the following dates & times:

 

  • Friday, June 16 | 6-7:30 a.m. | Install booths
  • Friday, June 16 | 7:30 a.m. - Noon | Exhibiting hours

(Your company has the option to exhibit in the afternoon if you choose)

 

  • Saturday, June 17| 12-5:30 p.m. | Exhibiting hours

(Your company has the option to exhibit in the morning if you choose)

 

  • Saturday, June 17 | 5:30 p.m. | Dismantle booths

Each booth includes: 8ft tall back drape, 3ft tall side drape, one skirted 6ft table, 2 chairs, wastebasket and booth ID sign.
